In the right putamen, ¹¹C-raclopride BP was significantly reduced during initial skill-training compared with the acquired condition, whereas no significant reduction was observed in the left putamen. In the bilateral caudate, no significant changes were observed between the two conditions. The mean (± SEM) BP during initial skill-training was 2.72±0.86 in the right putamen and 3.42±0.99 in the left putamen.
