Splenocyte proliferation assay was performed using ConA 30 d after the last vaccination. Data represent the mean ± SD. Results were statistically significant in PBBGI and PBBG group as compared with PBB group (indicated as *, p < 0.05) and in PBBGI, PBBG, PBB, and pBudCE4.1 group as compared with PBS control group (indicated as #, p < 0.01).
