A) Pf0 inoculation of T1 transgenic Arabidopsis ndr1 mutant plants transformed with the indicated R genes. The lower half of each leaf was inoculated with an empty vector control. Pictures were taken 24 hpi. Stars highlight positive HR. B) Pst DC3000 growth assay on select T2 transgenic ndr1 plants transformed with the indicated R gene candidates. Statistical analysis using Student's t-test identified no significant differences. Experiments were repeated at least twice with similar results.
