A–C, qRT-PCR with primers specific for pre-mRNA was performed on total RNA extracted from C4-2B cells transfected with siRNA against nonspecific, p300, or CBP and then treated for 0, 4, 8, or 16 h with 10 nm DHT before harvesting. cDNA was made with random hexamers as primers.
