a–f A 23-year-old man with spinal tuberculosis (TB) in the T10–L1 vertebrae, especially in T11–12. Three mobile segments were instrumented posteriorly, and 18° correction of kyphosis deformity was obtained after anterior radical debridement and titanium cage filled with morsellised rib-bone grafting and posterior instrumentation in the sagittal plane. There was a 9° loss of correction in local kyphosis angle at the last visit.
