IC₅₀ of CTS in different prostate cancer cells. We determined the cell half-inhibition (IC₅₀) of CTS in LNCaP, CWR22rv1, and PC3. Cells were seeded on 24 well plates in medium with 10%FBS for 24 hr. Medium was then refreshed to medium with 10 %CS-FBS for another 24 hr, and cells were treated with serial concentrations of CTS with or without 1 nM DHT for 2 days. Cells growth and IC₅₀ value were determined by MTT assay. Half-inhibition of CTS was shown in Fig. 3A–3C when cells were treated with 10 nM DHT, and in Fig. 3D–3F when cells were not treated with DHT. Data represent mean ± SD of two independent experiments with three replicates in each experiment.
