Effect of stromal cell derived factor-1α(SDF-1α) on visfatin, endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) mRNA expression in cultured mouse ovaries. Ovaries collected from 11-week-old-female mice were placed into culture and treated with SDF-1α (0, 50, 100, and 200 ng/mL) for 7 days. SDF-1α, visfatin, eNOS, and VEGF mRNA levels were detected by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).
