The GO-PROMTO reporters were co-expressed and fluorescence complementation was examined by CLSM upon excitation at 514 nm and detection between 529 nm and 599 nm. All scale bars indicate 10 µm. At least two individual experiments were performed for each combination with the similar results. Raw images are shown.
