MHC restriction specificities of BHV-1-specific CD8 T cell clones generated from two cattle expressing the A10 and A15 class I MHC haplotypes. T cell clones from animals 03109 (top) and 03430 (bottom) were analysed in a 4-hour 111Indium release cytotoxicity assay using BHV-1 infected T. annulata-transformed target cells from the autologous animal (stipled bars) and from animals sharing the A10 haplotype (solid bars) or the A15 haplotype (open bar) with the effectors.
