Hypertension (self-reported history of hypertension, use of anti-hypertensive medications, or measured systolic blood pressure ≥ 130 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure ≥ 80 mmHg for persons with history of diabetes or chronic kidney disease, otherwise, systolic blood pressure ≥ 140 or diastolic blood pressure ≥ 90), diabetes (self-reported history of diabetes, retinopathy, or fasting blood sugar ≥ 126 mg/dL or non-fasting blood sugar ≥ 200 mg/dL in the absence of self report of medicine use), hypercholesterolemia (receiving medication for high cholesterol or total cholesterol level > 200 mg/dL).
Among participants with at least one risk factor. Denominator: all participants with hypertension, diabetes, or hypercholesterolemia, defined as above.
