These cells were immunostained for intracellular IL-17A and surface CD3 expression. Representative histograms with immunostaining for surface CD4, TCRβ, TCRγδ, Gr-1, NK1.1 and intracellular IL-17A are shown in Supplemental Figures 1–3. These histograms are the representative of 2 separate experiments with similar results.
