Huh7/Rep-Feolb reporter cells were treated with the indicated compounds at 100 μM concentration for 42 h.

Cell viability in the BHK-NS5B-FRLuc reportera was estimated as the relative levels of Firefly luciferase in compound treated cells versus DMSO controls, while mat in the Huh7/Rep-Feo lb cellsb was evaluated by the MTS assay. The inhibitory effect of the compounds on NS5B RdRp activitya and HCV RNA replicationb is presented as percent of DMSO treated controls. Data represents an average of three independent experiments in duplicate.
