1μg IgG2a control or anti-DEC-205 mAb were injected intradermally into the ears of C57BL/6 mice. Where indicated, ears injected with anti-DEC-205 mAb were cut off 4 hours after injection. Two days later, cells of the corresponding draining lymph nodes were collected, permeabilised, and the presence of targeting antibodies was detected by anti-rat IgG / APC on Langerin⁺ CD11c^low and Langerin^neg CD11b⁺ populations. Results are representative of two independent experiments.
