Fixed cell microscopy of macrophages transfected with a vector encoding dominant active Rac (dARac), dominant negative Rac (dNRac), dominant active Cdc42 (dACdc42), and dominant negative Cdc42 (dNCdc42). Cells were fixed, permeabilized, and stained with rhodamine phalloidin to visualize actin and anti-FRL1 followed by a FITC tagged anti-goat secondary antibody. The boxed area from the images in the first column are enlarged in the second, third and fourth. The second column shows rhodamine phalloidin staining, the third column FITC, and the fourth column a merged image. Boxed regions are 10μm by 10μm.
