Phylogenetic tree of 29 TTL proteins from 21 plant species. TTL proteins from moss, a lycophyte (Lyc), monocots, and dicots were used in the analysis. All TTL proteins identified in P. patens, S. moellendorffii, rice, and Arabidopsis were included in the analysis. From the rest of the species, only the TTL protein most homologous to Arabidopsis TTL1 was included. The phylogenetic tree was generated using ClustalW software, and bootstrap values are shown.
