(A) ATP levels were reduced in HCV-infected cells. ATP, ADP, and AMP metabolites in Huh-7 cells with (gray bars) and without (open bars) HCV infection were measured by CE-TOFMS. (B) Ratios of ATP/ADP and ATP/AMP were calculated from the results depicted in (A). All data are presented as means and standard deviation (SD) values for three independent samples. Statistical differences between HCV-infected and non-infected cells were evaluated using Student's t-test.
