The cells were superperfused with one of the three drugs and once the steady state was reached the protocol for use-dependent block (train of 150 pulses to −10 mV from −120 mV at 1Hz) was applied. The data were obtained by dividing the peak current at each pulse during the use-dependent block protocol by the peak current in control.
