The peaks area within particular retention time (0–10 min, 10–20 min, 20–30 min and 30–40 min) were added up and expressed in percentage over total peaks area. Retention time 0 to 20 minutes and 20 to 40 minutes were classified as polar fractions and organic fractions respectively.
