HEK293 and HEK/GIPC cell lines were transiently transfected with cDNAs encoding for GFPD₂R (A), GFPD₃R (B), GFPD₃ΔC (C), or GFPD₄R (D). CY3-labeled Xpress antibody for GIPC and GFP fluorescence were observed by confocal microscopy. For comparison, cells expressing receptors but not GIPC are shown in insets.
