K17 modulates AnxA2 levels in the Triton-insoluble pool. A, shRNAs targeting K17 (K17C and K17D), vector (V), or non-sense control (NS) were transiently transfected into A431 cells. B, GFP-K5, K17, or a vector control were transiently transfected into BHK-21 cells. Whole cell lysates were processed for Triton solubility, and immunoblotting was performed with antibodies against the indicated proteins.
