Platelet lysates were immunoprecipitated with anti-mGPIX mAb (Xia.B4), followed by western blotting using anti-hGPIbα mAb (142.11), anti-GPIbβ mAb (MBC257.4), and anti-mGPIX mAb (Xia.B4) (right panels).
