Heart weight (HW) and body weight (BW) of SENP2-Tg mice (n=4) at P18 were significantly lower than those of littermates (n=5, P<0.001 and 0.00001, respectively), but cardiac index HW/BW ratio showed no significant difference (P=0.66).
