(A) Western blot for antibody against the active form of β-catenin at 4 hpf reveals that levels of active β-catenin were decreased in 2-OST morphants compared with wild type and control morphant (*P<0.05) but total levels of active β-catenin were restored when 2-OST MO was co-injected with the stabilized β-catenin RNA.
