Double deficiency of Tab1 and Tab2 causes ROS accumulation. Shown are ROS detection (Upper) and H&E staining (Lower) in no-Cre control and inducible In-Tab1Tab2DKO adult mice. Mice were treated with tamoxifen for 2 consecutive days and the intestine sections were prepared 2 d after the second tamoxifen treatment. ROS were detected in unfixed fresh frozen intestine sections by CM-H2DCFDA. Photomicrographs are representative images of six mice. Two images from different portions of one mouse are shown.
