MeJA-induced gene expression. Expression of marker genes in response to 8 h of 0.5 mM MeJA was analysed by qPCR in the antioxidant mutants. Transcript levels were normalized to the reference gene and expressed relative to mock treated Col-0. Values are the mean ±SE of four biological repeats.
