Molecular Breast Imaging Before and After Neoadjuvant Therapy. Pre-NT imaging by molecular breast imaging (MBI) shows a large multicentric area of abnormal medium- to high-intensity uptake in both (A) the craniocaudal view and (B) the mediolateral oblique view. On the post-NT MBI, the lesion persists in both (C) the craniocaudal view and (D) the mediolateral oblique view (tumor-to-background ratio, 1.5).
