Pt levels were expressed as μmol/1 × 10⁶ cells (A549 cells, A549/DDP cells and A549/DDP cells treated with control siRNA ATP7A siRNA). Experiments were performed in duplicate and the values expressed were the means ± SD of the three independent experiments
