Values (averages of 4 independent experiments) showed cytotoxicity of different concentrations of HESA-A at different exposure time (24, 48 &72 hr) on MDCK cells (mean ± SD). CC₅₀ and EC₅₀ are determined as 0.05 and 0.025 mg/ml, respectively.: ٭Significantly different from values obtained for HESA-A-treated samples compared to untreated sample (p < 0.05)
