Mice were treated with Saline (open bar) or Dex (closed bar, 1 mg/kg i.p) once daily over 4 days for 2 hours prior to CS exposure as detailed in methods. On Day 4, mice were treated intranasally with saline (VEH) or LPS (1 µg). Following 24 hour LPS challenge mice were sacrificed and (A) thymus weight was recorded.
