Negatively isolated C57BL/6 CD3+ T cells were stimulated with plate bound anti-CD3/anti-CD28 antibodies in the presence of ESC-derived factors or vehicle control. a) CD4 positive T cells were examined for CD25 and CD44 expression after 24 hours and CD69 expression after 6 hours of stimulation. b) CD8 positive T cells were examined for CD25 and CD44 expression after 24 hours and CD69 expression after 6 hours of stimulation.
