The graph shows that the sIPSC frequency reduction induced by cannabinoid CB1 receptor agonist HU210 in the BA was potentiated in the AP and abolished in neurons from the AV animals. The electrophysiological traces on the bottom are examples of voltage-clamp recordings before and during the application of HU210 in AV, BA, and AP animals.
