Ten-year-old boy with Parry-Romberg Syndrome. Note the left-sided hemifacial atrophy with wasting of subcutaneous tissues and thinning of the skin. This is more prominent over the forehead resulting in the typical `en coup de sabre` morphology. Hyperpigmentation is present in the region of the second and third division of the trigeminal nerve.
