The ratios correspond to (k_cat/K_M)/(k_cat/K_M)₀, where (k_cat/K_M)₀ is the value obtained using R₀ and S₀. Data for high-activity S/R pairs with ratios ≥ 0.25 are highlighted in grey. For several S/R pairs cleavage activity was not detected (n.d.; k_obs ≤ 0.001 min⁻¹) at [R] ≤ 5 µM.
