Expression of polh in the fat body, trachea, middle silk gland, and midgut of B. mori larvae infected with gene deletion BmNPVs. Fifth-instar B. mori larvae were injected with BV of T3 and 44 gene deletion mutants. Four tissues, i.e., fat body (FB), trachea (TR), middle silk gland (MSG), and midgut (MG), were dissected from BmNPV-infected B. mori larvae (five larvae per tissue) at 4 days p.i., and total RNA was prepared. Expression of polh was examined by qRT-PCR. The expression level for T3 was considered 1, and polh expression of the mutants is shown relative to that for T3. The raw data sets are provided as Table S1 in the supplemental material.
