(B) The expression of pri-miR-203 after treatment with inhibitors as measured by qRT-PCR. The cells were treated with 5 μM JNK inhibitor (SP600125), p38 inhibitor (SB203580), or NF-κB inhibitor (BAY11-7082). DMSO was used as a vehicle control.
