Type I interferon production by PDA cell lines. Cells were infected with VSV-ΔM51-GFP at an MOI of 10 CIU/cell or mock treated with SFM only. One hour p.i., the virus was aspirated and the supernatant was harvested and analyzed by ELISA for production of human IFN-β. Infections were performed in triplicate, and the data represent the means and standard deviations. Comparison of groups was done by using 2-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), followed by the Bonferroni posttest for multiple comparisons (***, P < 0.001).
