ORF3-mediated Sp100 degradation occurs in an ND10-independent manner. PML-kd (siPML2) or control HFFs (vector) were mock infected or infected with either wt HVS, HVS ΔORF75 (ΔORF75), or HVS ΔORF3 (ΔORF3).
