Vero and MDCK cells were infected with NiV at MOIs of 0.2 and 0.5, respectively. After 1 h virus adsorption at 37°C, cells were washed to remove input virus and then further incubated with the indicated inhibitors. At 24 h p.i., virus titers in the supernatant were determined by the TCID50 method.
