Inhibitory effect of S. salivarius K12 on hyphal growth of C. albicans. S. salivarius K12 was preliminarily cultured for 1 h or 6 h and then cultured with C. albicans for 3 h and stained with crystal violet. The optical absorbance at 620 nm (A620) was then detected.
