(E) Visualization of cellular density of differentiated SK-N-SH cells was carried out by ICC after 24 h of co-treatment with NanoCurc™ and 100 μM of H2O2. A gross decrease in the cell number was noticed in the cells which were only treated with 100 μM of H2O2. However neuronal cells were preserved by treatment with NanoCurc™ (Green = cytoskeletal structure stained with α tubulin; Blue = nuclear staining by Hoechst 33342).
