Coronal turboflash MRI image obtained using a 1.5 Tesla magnet (TR 3.35, TE 1460, 4.5 mm slices, no contrast) shows the left pulmonary artery and its branches (lower arrow), but no right pulmonary artery (upper arrow). Note also the reduced volume of the right lung and its diminished vasculature.
