This tree was computed from tBLASTx comparisons of virome subsamples. Eukaryote-associated viromes were taken from fish, mosquito or coral samples. Hypersaline viromes are split into three categories based on salinity, as indicated in the original study of these viromes (http://www.theseed.org/DinsdaleSupplementalMaterial/).
