For each strain the minimal time to detect growth and the minimal time to detect drug susceptibility was calculated from triplicate time series using 8 µg AMB, VOR or ITR ml⁻¹ or 4 µg CAS or ANI ml⁻¹. Values are the result of triplicate determinations. The variation between such experiments was <12%. R indicates strain was resistant (so time to detection of resistance is given). Lower part of table indicates MIC values.
