(A) Individual ISGs expressed in HEK293T cells and infected with MHV-68 at 0.25 MOI in quadruplicates. Cells were lysed at 9 hpi and luciferase activity was measured. Mean relative luminescence unit (RLU) are presented. (B) Histogram of all ISGs, and their effects on MHV-68-Luc were normalized to MHV-Luc in control transfected cells.
