Table 1. The relative fitness cost of M184V was previously calculated 16, and used as a calibration factor to estimate the relative fitness costs for the other 9 DRMS (see Methods). Ranges reflect heterogeneity in the data. Values (median and interquartile range (IQR)) for R0’s and detection times were estimated using uncertainty analyses. The maximum detection time was 8 years, because individuals in resource-rich countries are on treatment by then.
