Binding of decorin to intact wild-type Bbsl strains. Borreliae (1 × 106) were dotted on nitrocellulose membranes. Dried membranes were blocked with nonfat milk and probed with biotinylated decorin (1 μg/mL). Intensities of the dots were measured with a densitometer.
