DMSO as a vehicle control or parthenolide (PTL) was added to cell culture medium at indicated concentrations for 24 hrs. A) Transfected LM7 cells from Fig. 1A were treated for 24 hrs. NF-κB-induced firefly luciferase luminescence was compared to basally expressed renilla luciferase luminescence as a reference, and plotted as Relative Luminescence Units (RLU); B) LM7 and hFOB cells were treated for 24 hrs.
