Yucatan pigs were fed a normal or high-fat/high-cholesterol diet for 4 weeks. Left ventricular mTOR and raptor levels were measured by immunoblotting. Serum total cholesterol (Chol), low-density lipo-protein (LDL), high-density lipoprotein (HDL), triglycerides (TG) and body weight were also measured.
