A and B, MTRX1011A treatment induced a dose dependent down modulation of CD4 expression on peripheral blood memory CD4 T cells. C and D, MTRX1011A administration resulted in a dose dependent occupancy of CD4 sites on peripheral blood memory CD4 T cells.
