Kinetic parameters of SUMO-BDP with p-E1b as substrate
SUMO-BDP phosphatase activity was measured at 37 °C in 50 mm MOPS, pH 7.5, 7 mm MnCl2, and 100 mm NaCl with increasing concentrations of 32P-labeled p-E1b and E2b prepared as described under “Experimental Procedures.” The kcat is equivalent to a specific activity of 68 nmol/min/mg.
